Over fifteen thousand Maryland diners voted for their favorite restaurants, and one thing was made clear...Miss Shirley's has the best fans in the world!
Miss Shirley’s Cafe is excited to announce that we were recently named “Maryland’s Favorite Restaurant” at the Restaurant Association of Maryland’s Stars of the Industry Awards!
The awards presentation took place at the Restaurant Association of Maryland’s 61st Annual Awards Gala on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Maryland. Over 550 Members of the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry were in attendance to celebrate the 2015 Restaurant Nominees and Winners, who were announced live during the gala celebration.
Voting for the awards was held February 18th - March 11th through an online ballot, hosted by the Restaurant Association of Maryland, where Maryland’s dining public voted for their favorite Maryland Restaurants and Industry Professionals.
Miss Shirley's is especially honored that this prestigious award comes at a very special time, during the 10 Year Anniversary of the our original location in Roland Park!
The category of Favorite Restaurant is described, by the Restaurant Association of Maryland, as “An old favorite that you return to time and time again,” and we look forward to continuing to live up to this title in the years to come.
