It's the first day of Spring, and we’re excited to kick off the season with a NEW Spring menu! Delicious innovative new dishes and returning fan favorites join our house specialties for a fresh offering of seasonal flavors.
New mouth-watering Spring items include Green Deviled Eggs & Ham, Cucumber & Tomato Salad, Loaded House-Made Chips, Strawberry Cheesecake Bites, Chesapeake Chicken Sausage, Bayou Biscuits, Crab Happy Chesapeake Chicken Sammy, Big Chick Lil’ Chick Biscuits & Gravy, Grumpy Shirley-Feller, Jalapeño Smoked Bacon Cinnamon Rolls, Upstream Grilled Salmon Salad, A Salad To Call Your Own, Chicky-Chickadee BBQ on a That’s How we Roll, West Street Lemon-Dill Chicken Salad, Charm City Southern Trio, Chesapeake Po’ Boy, Surfin’ the Bay Club, Southern BBQ Chicken Grilled Cheese and Summer Harvest Sandwich.
We are especially excited to debut a fun new healthy salad option to showcase the lighter side of our Southern fare. Guests will now be able to create A Salad To Call Your Own with 5 ingredients of their choice; with options including fresh veggies and fruits, cheese, and protein, tossed in Mixed Greens with their choice of a delicious House-Made Vinaigrette
Some past favorites have been revamped for their return. The Skinny Parm, Sunny Garden Omelet and Summer Veggie Tower have been brightened up with fresh seasonal veggies; Peachy Pie Steel Cut Oatmeal is infused with bright Summer fruit; the Green Deviled Eggs & Ham add a whimsical savory flair; and the Cornmeal-Encrusted Soft Shell gets a burst of flavor with Jalapeño Smoked Bacon. Miss Shirley’s Traditional Vegetable Crab Soup will also make a return to the Spring menu!
Items still available to guests include our Pink Lemonade with the Blues, The Shore Thing Omelet, Challah French Toast, Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes and Bistro Beef Sandwich. In fact, the award winning Bistro Beef will be our featured billboard in April!
Our Kids Menu has been redesigned with a fun new game and puzzle mat to keep all of our small Shirley’s aficionados happy! Baltimore Magazine Readers’ Poll has recently voted us “Best Kids’ Menu” and “Best Family Friendly Restaurant”.
Miss Shirley’s Spirited Beverages are invigorated with Spring flavor in our new Lemon Peppermint Crush - our take on a sweet and sour Baltimore tradition. Domestic Beers and wines are also available, including the new Riptide beer from local Heavy Seas Brewery, which will be arriving in April.
With an emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients and Chesapeake flavors, our new Spring menu is sure to satisfy! So stop by and celebrate with us this Spring!
