With warmer weather on the horizon, we are happy to leave the snow behind and replace our cold weather dishes for fresh flavors.
With the debut of our Spring Menu on Wednesday, March 18th, we will not only introduce new Spring & Summer dishes, but also bring back past favorites from Miss Shirley’s original menu, in celebration of the 10 year Anniversary of our original Roland Park location!
Fresh new additions to the menu will include Benne Seed, Corn & Jalapeño Biscuits; Southern Grit Fritters; Sweet Corn Cakes; BBQ Deviled Eggs; Smokin' Summer Macaroni Salad; a taco-themed Fiesta Skinny Egg White Quiche; Bees Knees Steel Cut Oatmeal with Quinoa; Spring into Summer Spinach Salad with Fresh Berries; Avocado Spa Chicken Salad; an Egg Salad BLT; Veggie Powerhouse; and Salad Sampler Trio.
Our Spirited Beverages have also been invigorated with Spring flavors, with the addition of a new refreshing Strawberry Lemonade Mojito, incorporating Deep Eddy Citrus Vodka, a welcome addition to our growing list of handcrafted American products. We are also excited to incorporate Fresh Mint from our Organic Vegetable & Herb Garden in Roland Park in this drink, as well as other Spirited & Non-Spirited Beverages this season.
Soft Shell Crabs will return to the menu for the season in signature dishes such as our Soft Shell Feller Benedict and Bay-O Po’ Boy! Other returning favorites will be the popular Strawberry Cheesecake Bites; Cucumber & Tomato Salad; Traditional Vegetable Crab Soup; and House-Made Pulled BBQ Chicken.
To honor the 10-year anniversary of Miss Shirley’s Cafe, Roland Park, coming up in May, we are bringing back six Original Menu Items this Spring, with more selections to come in the Fall. We will blast to the past with favorites like our original Sweet Corn Cake Benedict; Breakfast Kabobs; Fruit Mosaic with Cottage Cheese; Smoked Salmon Club; Crab & Shrimp Salad; and Jalapeño-Smoked Bacon wrapped Kosher All-Beef Hot Dog.
Miss Shirley’s Kids Menu has been redesigned with all new games, riddles, and puzzles to satisfy our smallest Shirley’s aficionados, and a Mini Kosher All-Beef Hot Dog has been added to the menu.
With the return of past favorites and the addition of fresh flavors, Miss Shirley’s Cafe invites guests to a celebration of the New & the Old this season!
